After I went to Park Ridge and met EVP, HR, He stated that my first job is to fire the current president.

* I realized that even the Head of HR in Sony America could not fire the president which meant Soy Microsystems company have something without control by local management.

* After I arrived at Sony Microsystems company located at Palo Alto, I talked with the president and told him that he is fired and will discuss packages he might be required to leave as well as confidential agreement.
