7. Mr. Akio Morita –Continues-

- When he visits San Francisco and had a short holiday at Pebble Beach, I was with him

in the Limo, he got a telephone call from Sony Tokyo

( Mr. Norio Ohga) and had a conversation about Sony to acquire Colombia Pictures.

Mr. Akio Morita had a somewhat difficult face and thought about deeply on the subject.

I do not know the details of his conversation but I felt that this deal maybe or not be a

welcomed one? Perhaps he envisage future difficulties in managing the movie business or how

to take advantages both hardware and contents that Sony have.
